Resting directly on the marsh, this tastefully decorated second row home is impressive! You will appreciate the inverted floor plan, with the large open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen located on the 2nd level. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished, complete with unique additional seating, beautiful flooring, and modern lighting. The cook in your family will love creating gourmet meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. There is enough space for the entire family to gather for family meals or play games.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 2nd level and is complete with a King bed, TV, ocean views, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st level, and is complete with a Queen bed, and ocean views, and shares a full bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 is located on the 1st level, and is complete with 1 Twin/Twin bunk bed and 1 Full bed, balcony access with marsh views, and shares a full bath with tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 is located on the 1st level and is complete with a Queen bed, balcony access with marsh views, and a full private bath with a walk-in shower. Your family will appreciate the second living area on the 1st level near the entry door, complete with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. This living area also features a computer monitor with HDMI input and fast WiFi if you need to work while visiting. On the ground level, you'll find an assortment of beach items and a charcoal grill for guest use.

House was great, kitchen stocked with everything needed. Views from the front had unobstructed views of the ocean and the views of the marsh were amazing. Will rent again.

The house and location were ideal for us. Close to the beach and beautiful views of the marsh. It had been recently updated on the inside and the exterior was painted. The pictures online do not match the outside, as the house is now a teal green color. It was nicely done on all accounts. The only issue we had with the house was the lack of a grill. The managment company was another story. There was trash still in the trash can under the sink. There wasnt a single bar of soap, toilet paper roll, paper towel roll, dish soap, dishwasher tab, etc. We did not expect to be supplied for our stay, but most places have something to get you through the first day. When we checked out, we exited the property by the check-out time (10:00 am) and I sent a message via the VRBO app around 8am that we were going to spend a little time on the beach and we were leaving a car at the property for a bit, but please let me know if that was an issue. When I returned to the property at 11am, I had a text msg and a voicemail from Proactive Vacations. When I called Proactive Vacations, they informed me they had called the police due to my car being left on property!!! This seemed very aggressive based on the fact that I had sent a message earlier and the car was left there only an hour after check-out. It was poorly handled by Proactive Vacations. I highly recommend this house, but know what you are getting into with Proactive Vacations.
