Great location and very spacious. You do have to cross a road to get to the beach but it’s a hop skip and jump away. Maybe a 5-7 minute walk tops. We loved the quick walk to the beautiful beach, with a pizza and ice cream shop directly across the street. There are also multiple restaurants that are within walking distance and a Publix is also a quick drive away. The condo was well equipped. Plenty of seating, comfortable, clean bedrooms, great AC and had everything we needed for our stay and beach vacation. We did bring our own tent and cooler, however, but they had everything else, even a beach cart. We loved it and would stay again!

Very nice and clean property.. Well kept. Quiet and peaceful ! Defineately coming back next year!! Oh ya its right accross the Street from St Johns Pier!!!

Close to beach, ice cream, restaurants and the beach trolley. Short drive to lighthouse and downtown . This is the fourth time I've rented a condo and the first time there wasn't a roll of extra toilet paper or an extra garbage bag. Had to buy both on the first day. Left the extra for the next people. Dead batteries in one remote, no batteries in a another. No WiFi for three days. Seriously uncomfortable twin beds in one room. I would stay in the complex again but in a different unit.
