Really great location, can walk to about anything needed including the beach. Short drive to historic downtown. Balcony faces east for morning sun. Highly recommend.Chris was responsive (and patient) when gps led me to the wrong entrance on the first day.

We came to St. Augustine for my son's birthday and New Year's. Everything about the condo was great, and we didn't have any problems. All the amenities were excellent and the location is perfect for walking to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. We would definitely love to come back next time!

Loved the condo, the location was perfect, condo had everything that we needed, easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Highly recommend and looking forward to future use.
