Welcome to Seaside at Anastasia! A gated community located across the street from the beach and St. Johns County Pier Park and easy walking to many great restaurants and shops. Amenities include a heated pool and fitness center. Less than 10 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine. This beautifully updated and spacious 2nd floor unit’s layout and decor are designed to relax. It combines function and ease with a beachy feel. The 2 newly updated baths will leave you feeling serene. There is new flooring throughout the common areas and master bedroom. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all needed amenities. The comfortably attired living room has a TV and sleeper sofa. There are 3 bedrooms: the master has a king and TV, one guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the other guest bedroom has 2 twins. The unit is wifi enabled and comes with its own washer/dryer. So come and enjoy both historic St Augustine and beautiful St Augustine Beach while staying at this lovely unit.

Great condo. I would suggest a 4 slice toaster as well as new bath mats. The family room rug could be updated.We were more than satisfied, great location and well appointed.
