The house is very nice and the pictures do not do it justice. There is a beautiful floor tile throughout and the deck upstairs is lovely. Solid furniture that was comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the shades kept the sun out in the morning.
Only two of the bedrooms have air-conditioning so we had to split our part into the two rooms. AND the house rules are that AC can only run from 7PM-8AM. We had to set our alarms to wake up and shut them off! - not ideal for vacation mode. Several other reviews suggest the house cooled off when the windows were open. That was not the case for us.
Also- there was no hot water in the kitchen for cleaning.
There is a nice view overlooking the town to the ocean from the balcony and we saw a beautiful sunset. The hammocks were a hit with my crew.
Quick ride to Rincón beaches.
They do have a few noisy neighborhood roosters.
