The property is beautiful with everything you may need, the owner super communicative and tending to our needs. Very convenient he lives nextdoor, he greeted us as we came in late and always had good spirits. Bed was very comfortable and everything was in order. Loved the 360 view of all Rincon: from sunrise to sunset, will definitely will be back!!!

Just great. Relax on the property all day or drive down to one of many beaches/restaurants etc. It's possibly the highest spot in the area, and the 360 ocean views from the half shaded/half open roof patio might be my happy place. Really nice host, always clean and comfortable. May go back this winter with the family just to swim in the pool and relax.
