The home features three comfortable bedrooms, including one king-size bed and two queen-size beds, providing plenty of space for a restful stay. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool and comfortable throughout the night.
Unwind in the cozy living room while watching your favorite shows on TV, or stay connected with complimentary WiFi. The property also includes a washer for added convenience, especially during longer stays.
Step outside onto your private balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a refreshing drink, or simply take in the peaceful tropical surroundings and fresh Caribbean breeze.
Located less than a minute from the main Road 115, El Rinconcito offers convenient access to beautiful beaches, local restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and Rincón`s popular attractions. Spend your days exploring the coastline, enjoying spectacular sunsets, or discovering the charm of this beautiful beach town.
Beach towels are provided for your convenience, making it easier to enjoy your days by the ocean.
A rental car is recommended for exploring Rincón and the surrounding areas.
Our management team is available by phone or message if you need assistance during your stay. Please remember that this is a privately owned vacation rental, not a hotel, and no staff lives on-site 24/7.
Only a starter supply of toiletries and basic essentials is provided upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies needed during their stay.
Damage Deposit of $200 is required
We will charge you extra if/for:
-Late checkout- $100
-Noise Complaints- $100-$200
- Damage/Missing towel - $20 each
- Damage/Missing bed linen, sheet, or quilt - $50 each
-Trash left at the property - $20
-Extra cleaning services - $50
-Smoking - $150
-Visits or more guests than the maximum allowed- $100

It was a very nice sized home. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a little problem with the shower pressure but they fixed it right away. The area was very nice. The rooster 🐓 alarm clocks in the area were very Puerto Rico 🇵🇷
