A real home from home very well equipped detached 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private pool in fabulous setting with ocean, mountain and harbour views & overlooks Fuerteventura golf course 16th green. Lovely large corner plot with garden and several terraced areas, including a large covered relaxed seating area, outdoor dining table & chairs & Canarian style BBQ. Gated access to the heated 8m pool with large terrace ideal for sunbathing. Rooftop solarium with panoramic views. Master bedroom with a king size bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, 2nd double bedroom also with a kingsize bed, ceiling fan & the 3rd bedroom is a twin with 2 single beds, ceiling fan. Double wardrobes in all bedrooms. Family bathroom with bath & a seperate shower cubicle. Spacious living room with 2 sofas , smart TV with multi channels including UK channels, sports & movies. Inside dining for up to 6 people. Free Wi-Fi throughout . All windows have security shutters & mosquito nets fitted.

Check in was easy Steve was there to let us and and checked us in The villa is perfect clean and tidyThe kitchen is well equipped with everything you’d have in your kitchen at home big bonus all cleaning products bin liners etc also thereNever had that beforeNice quiet area near to the townWill definitely go again can’t praise the place enough

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Roy. Beautifully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Clearly loved by the owners and cared for by the hosts.

Villa Roy is a beautiful villa the owner has great taste of decor The only thing I didn’t like was when asked if my sister and her husband could visit one day and MAYBE !!!!! Stay over was told if paid £80 and £20 additional nights so we didn’t bother was only a maybe then told can’t come and use facilities my sister and brother_in-law are 64 and 65 so would of been call in for a coffee or a glass of wine after receiving this message we went to there hotel who were very pleasant and happy for us to visit just would like to let the owner know this
