We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The condo was a perfect fit for us and our two kids ages 6 and 3. Very comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, stocked kitchen, lovely and comfortable living area and beautiful top view from the large porch. Some fun family games, beach chairs and toys, wonderful location tucked in a quiet area of Rosemary - it had it all! Everything exceed our expectations and Alice was an absolute pleasure to work with. We can't wait to return! Thank you again!

Over all really nice. The decor and feel was great right a way. The beds were comfortable. Small space but felt roomy. The deck was a favorite as the weather was mild and allowed for a lot of time out there.

Beautifully decorated, quiet street. Really lovely part of Rosemary. The condo was perfect. If we ever return to Rosemary we will definitely stay there. Just a warning though for people coming to the community... the police in Rosemary were very scary and we spent most of our trip watching them scream at children in the street and hunt them down in the allies at night from the balcony. It was a very stressful environment. I'm not sure if something has happened to make them like this but we never saw children acting bad or being loud. The behavior of the police did not match the environment. Our children were anxious the entire time and we were constantly worried we were going to break a rule we didn't know about in the community and get in trouble.

Everything about this trip was perfect. The condos location is so peaceful, yet still right near everything. The bikes were my family’s favorite!! The property manager, Alice, was so responsive and kind. We’ve been to a lot of places and this was by far our favorite. We are already planning our trip to come back!

This beautiful condo is located in Rosemary Beach as described and it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Rosemary Beach is lovely and we enjoyed walking to meet our family members at the beach and restaurants. The condo has a washer and dryer which was very convenient. There are also three televisions which was nice. There’s parking in a parking lot behind the building which we really appreciated. The condo is beautiful and the surrounding area is very nice. There are several swimming pools available for use and they have nice lounge chairs with umbrellas. We could not be more pleased with our stay.

I stayed here with 3 of my friends for an annual girls trip. We had an excellent time and loved the location of the condo! Pros: -communication with the property manager was great, she was very responsive and helpful -we appreciated that ability to check in and early once housekeeping was done and check out an hour later! Especially since she we all flew in and flight times weren’t aligned with check in and check out -location! 5 minute walk to restaurants, shops, etc. in Rosemary Beach. 7-10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to Alys Beach. We did not rent a car and only used Ubers for the airport (30-40 mins away) -place was clean, modern, and enough space for a group of 4! We loved having two bathrooms and the pull out bed option. Also enjoyed the balcony. Cons -toiletries were a bit limited for 4 people over 4 nights, we ended up having to purchase body wash and TP! This is totally fine but not something we've come across prior. Overall, we’d stay here again and had a great experience!

We loved this property so much last year, we booked it again for our rosemary beach trip this year. My kids, wife and I had an amazing experience, again! The apartment is tastefully decorated, fully equipped, spacious, and spotless clean. The balcony view oversees trees, and being on the top floor feels private. It's very well located. Steps away from center square, and a pleasant 10min walk to the beach. Alice, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very helpful answering questions, ensuring we had a great stay We hope to be back again!

My family of 5 had a great stay at Casa Ananda. It's a beautiful apartment on the top/3rd floor, overlooking trees and the San Agustin green. Short walk to rosemary center with shops and restaurants. The apartment is in impeccable shape, clean, and fully equipped. We've been to Rosemary multiple times and this apartment is at the top of our list for where to stay! We plan to be back.

Our family visited Rosemary and stayed at Casa Ananda for a few days during Spring break! It was absolutely wonderful! The condo was well kept, clean, and had beautiful touches! Almost anything you could think of needing was available here! The walk to the beach was very reasonable too! At first look we were a little worried as it seemed far from the beach, however it was an easy walk through town to the beach. There is only one thing I would add and that would be extra towels. With 4-5 people staying here one towel and washcloth each is a stretch. However you can easily go to the Publix down the road and purchase some at a reasonable price! It was no big deal. Just be aware if you’re flying in! Overall, it was perfect for us and we loved it! I would definitely recommend and come back again! Alice was also absolutely wonderful! Such a delight!

We booked this so last minute and the property owner so so accommodating for us as I was stressed and absent minded having just rushed to evacuate Tampa for Ian. It’s a great unit - bikes included and elevator was great since unit was on 3rd floor. Lots of space inside had everything we needed. WiFi was great so I could work. Has all the streaming services we use. YouTube TV, Netflix, etc. Beautifully decorated and comfortable beds and pillows. large balcony to have your morning coffee on. Loved that Starbucks k-cups were included. Also makeup wipes and toiletries. We normally stay at a carriage house when we vacation to Rosemary but this has so much more room for my family of 4 and close to cabana pool with playground. We will definitely return when we are actually on vacation and not evacuating.

Excellent. Units are variable in their design, set in mature landscaping. Very attractive. Rented unit was clean, appeared to be recently refurbished. Could not get the TV to work to see "regular" programming, but this was a minor inconvenience.

This property is clean, spacious and located in a beautiful area with an elevator in rear to access this 3rd floor unit. Unfortunately, it was too far from the beach for our liking. In addition, the unit did not have cable. This was a huge problem for me personally. I love live sports and could not watch the NBA finals. The unit is equipped with smart tv’s, so you will have access to plenty of streaming options. Lastly, the unit is located next to a beautiful pool that you don’t have access to. This was disappointing to say the least. But, there is a wonderful pool for swimming laps not too far from the unit. Check it out if you like swimming laps early in the morning!

We had a wonderful stay. This condo was Less than a five minute walk from all the shops and eating at Rosemary. The unit was so clean and well stocked with everything you need. A wedding Happened to be going on in the Square right outside the condo so we were able to listen to music while we relaxed. It was a great stay. Would absolutely come back again.
