This marvelous, snowbird-friendly condo has been beautifully decorated for your convenience and the beach-themed decor totally matches the atmosphere and location of this condo. After spending the morning at the shared swimming pool, there's nothing better than relaxing in the inviting living room area with a cool beverage in hand and maybe some snacks too! For that matter, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious after-beach snacks and memorable meals that you can later enjoy whether indoors or at the outdoor dining area on the balcony. However, if a traditional kitchen doesn't satisfy your cooking needs, you'll have access to a shared BBQ area equipped with a handfull of grills.

If you'd like to practice your swing, better head over to the Camp Creek Golf Club, which is only two miles away.

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect, and it was very nice to have beach access, considering everything is private in Rosemary Beach. Couple things to note (but not enough to adjust stars): they provide very little toilet paper and paper towels so make sure to bring or purchase extra on your own, and the patio doors do not seal well, so the master bedroom is warmer than the others. All things considered, great place for the price!

The room was not very clean. The closet off the kitchen was a huge mess, which made grabbing items difficult. There wasn’t any hand soap in the entire condo and we waited all day before a delivery of soap was made. At that point, we already purchased hand soap for the bathrooms. There were 3 hangers throughout the entire condo. The patio screen door has tears all over it and dead flowers were left on the coffee table. The picture of the living room on the listing is not updated to show different furniture and arrangement of the living area. The floors felt dirty and the condo in general just was not well kept. We’ve stayed in this building before, which is why we picked the locations, but we will not be choosing this unit in the future.
