About this house rental
Your family will love this fully remodeled and beautifully decorated beach house. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beautiful white beach, and an even shorter walk to the pool or Peddlers Pavilion which has shops, restaurants and live music almost every night. It is the perfect location with Rosemary and Alys Beach both in walking distance too. Don’t feel like walking, you can jump on a tram that drops you off at the beach access area also. This house comfortably sleeps 8, all on one level. Two bedrooms have king beds and the third has full size bunk beds. There are 3 full bathrooms. . The screened in, covered back patio gives you a nice place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or store your beach gear after a fun day out. There is a large dining table and bar in the kitchen, so there is plenty of room for everyone to sit down and eat.
Amenities at This house is a five minute walk to the beach and shorter to pool and shops.

I want to begin by saying that the property was stunning—probably the nicest place we've stayed in the seven years we've been visiting 30A. The communication with the owner was excellent. However, I gave a rating of 4 because we were without cable and Wi-Fi during our stay due to a lightning strike next door, as the owner explained. While I understand that unforeseen issues can occur, it is ultimately the owner's responsibility to address these situations and make it right for guests.

House was perfect for a family of 5. Had a few days where the tram wasn’t running to the beach due to the weather and the walk was about 8-10 minutes door to sand. Thanks!

Pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful home. Clean and spacious. Walking distance to beach, pool, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend.
