The inside of the home is very impressive with hardwood flooring throughout the majority of the home, top of the line marble tile in the bathrooms, and consists of five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Kitchen & Dining Area: Open concept & fully stocked with dinnerware, pots, pans, mixing bowls, etc. There is a Keurig/coffee pot combo that comes stocked with K-cups. There is a large central island perfect for entertaining. The dining room table has an additional leaf to expand and meet the needs of larger groups.
Pantry: Large walk-in pantry with shelving for any food you may bring. Stocked with a slow cooker, blender, toaster and a spice rack
Living Room: Open to the kitchen/dining area, hardwood floors with vaulted ceiling. Impressive stone floor to ceiling gas fireplace. Patio doors open to the large wraparound deck that overlooks the lake.
Upper Level:
Bedroom # 2 (Master): King bed as well as two chairs for enjoying the view of the lake. Small private patio to relax and take in all the sights and sounds of the lake. Smart TV with Dishnet access. Closet.
Bathroom #3 (Master): Impressive custom tile shower and standalone tub for soaking after a long day. Built in linen cabinet. Double sink.
Bedroom #3: Queen Bed, Smart TV, Closet
Loft: Pull out couch, overlooks the living room and has wonderful views of the lake. Smart TV with Dishnet access.
Uppermost Area:
Bedroom #4: Queen bed, closet, Smart TV

Bathroom # 4: Custom tile shower, Linen Closet
Family/Living Area: Two bunk beds with lower bunk being a full bed and upper bed being a twin bed. Ample room for additional cots/air mattresses upon request.
Basement: Large, open, finished basement with large L shaped sofa in front of 90" Smart TV with Dishnet Access for lounging after a long day. Additional table to enjoy the sun and views or for playing games. Enjoy the wet bar equipped with a beverage fridge, sink and ice maker. For those golf enthusiasts there is a putting green room to work on your game!
Bathroom #5: This large bathroom is perfect for changing to head out for a swim or changing out of winter gear after coming in through the basement patio doors. This bathroom houses the beach towels and has plenty of room for drying out wet clothing. While there is an area for a built-in shower, it is not completed at this time.
There are numerous board games and cards to enjoy. There is another set of patio doors in the basement which allows you to walk out to the large stamped concrete patio area, where the Weber Genesis ll gas grill is located.
Outdoors: Large wraparound Trex deck overlooking mature trees and Lake Irogami. An impressive stamped concrete patio, with wide steps that lead to a large concrete sitting area with a built-in fire pit. Walk further down to the pier where you can enjoy coffee on a bench, fishing or swimming.
Lake Irogami is a full recreation lake. It is great for skiing, tubing, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. It is a shallow lake and tends to be low traffic making it safe and enjoyable for all to use.
We have provided two paddle boards and two kayaks for your enjoyment, as well as fishing poles you are welcome to use. We have also provided life jackets.
This home is close to ATV and snowmobile trails.
For those golf enthusiasts, Waushara Country Club is a 27-hole course just minutes away from the home!
Looking for winter time fun? Nordic Mountain Ski and Tubing Hill is just ten minutes away as well!
Town is just minutes away and offers numerous restaurant options, gas stations, a grocery store, hardware stores, coffee and ice creams stops. There are even some restaurants that will deliver to the house for those nights when you don’t want to leave but don’t want to break from the fun to cook!
