Beautiful, renovated, and authentic apartment with a great location. 2 rooms 1 bath apartment located on the first floor with big and fully equipped kitchen. Located in coral gables, a calm and peaceful neighborhood this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami.

Property was comfortable and clean only real issue was the apartment above us was noisy, not sure the occupants realized that and I think the age of the building had something to do with that. Any reported issues were attended to immediately.

This is a nice apartment, with an accessible price. It was clean, with all the basics, and close to Coral Gables. However, there are many details that can be improved with a little TLC. From missing lightbulbs, to backwards bathroom doorknobs, to flimsy furniture, squeaky beds, and no wastebin in the bathroom; there are things that can be improved. One day we were asked if they could fumigate the apartment while we were staying there, which we swiftly declined. All in all, the experience was positive with some inconveniences.
