• 🔇 Noise
Please keep noise to a minimum as we have close neighbors. Quiet hours are appreciated at all times.
• 🎥 Security Cameras
For your safety, security cameras are installed at the front and back entrances. There are no cameras inside the property. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited.
• 🕓 Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Your key code will be sent at 9:00 AM on your arrival day.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available only if approved and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $250 fee due to cleaning disruptions. If check-out exceeds 2 hours, you will be charged that day’s full base rate (excluding discounts). Any refunds we issue to future guests due to your delay will also be your responsibility.
• 👥 Extra Guests
A $50 charge per night applies for each unauthorized overnight guest not listed on the reservation.
• 🚬 Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. It is permitted only on the back patio. Please use the ashtray provided and do not discard cigarette butts in the bushes or grass.
• 🎉 No Parties or Events
Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. Violations will result in immediate cancellation and possible penalties.
• 🧼 Towels & Trash
Please leave used towels in the bathroom. Remove trash and recycling from inside the home and place them in the appropriate bins outside.
• 🔧 Damage Reporting
Report any damage as soon as it happens. Any damage exceeding the security deposit will be the guest’s responsibility and will be reported to Airbnb.
• 🚪 Off-Limit Areas
Any closet, room, or cabinet that is locked or marked as private is strictly off-limits to guests. Do not attempt to open or force entry into locked spaces.
• 🚗 Parking
If you’re bringing a car, please park on the right side of the driveway. The left side is reserved for another unit’s tenants — your consideration is appreciated.
