Beautiful, renovated, and authentic apartment with a great location. Located in coral gables, a calm and peaceful neighbourhood this apartment it's a great option for your trip to Miami.
Fully equipped with all you need for your stay. Kitchen with full utensils, wifi, smart tv, washer&dryer, linen, towels and a courtesy shampoo and toilet paper for your first day stay. (we don not do replacements during stay).
If you wish to have an extra cleaning in the middle of your stay please let us know and will be provided with an extra charge.
Early check in and late check out if available can be provided with extra cost.

To be fair, our issues started when our flights were delayed bringing us to our apartment at 1 AM. We found that the back door had been left unlocked and there didn’t seem to be a way to lock it. Fortunately, we didn’t find anybody in the apartment and nothing appeared to be missing. I left voicemail and text but they didn’t respond until morning, making the first night pretty rough. In the morning, my adult son figured out the trick. Management did respond in the am and said he would send a video on how to lock it but never did. No apologies were offered for our sleepless night and inconvenience. If you need a video to lock the door maybe a note should be left there.
The living room TV would not turn on.
Couldn’t figure out how to get the icemaker to make cubes. No generic trays to make your own. The washer and dryer didn’t seem to be plugged in. I needed to dry a shirt but used in the sun instead. Although we never attempted to use it, a worker showed up to fix the dishwasher as we were leaving.
On the plus, it was clean and neat and very convenient to our needs.
