Situated in the desirable Laketown Wharf Resort, you’ll enjoy access to five sparkling pools, a hot tub, a luxe fitness center, and an on-site bar and grill. In the evenings, stroll the lakefront boardwalk and admire the nightly light and fountain shows.

LIVING AREA

Kick back on the sleeper sofa or curl up on the love seat in the sunlit living area. The 50” flat-screen TV lets you stay up-to-date on favorite shows.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-appointed kitchen has everything you’ll need to create festive vacation meals. A spacious island provides ample prep space and seats three.

At mealtimes, gather around the table for four in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps eight guests between two bedrooms, the bunkroom, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The master suite features a king bed and a 32” TV. Direct access to the balcony makes it easy to enjoy morning coffee with a Gulf view. The en-suite bath boasts a double vanity, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

You’ll find a queen bed and a 32” TV in the second bedroom, while the bunkroom offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a 32” TV. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sway in a rocking chair while enjoying Gulf views on the balcony. The dining table seats four to breezy alfresco meals.

Resort amenities include five sparkling pools, a kids’ playscape, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a private beach walk, and an on-site bar and grill.

The 52,000-square-foot boardwalk along the community lake offers nightly fountain and light shows as well as a variety of market shops and restaurants.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
