The room itself was super nice!!
The parking garage and elevators. They only have 6 carts for all 18 floors and you can’t really use the elevators bc they stay so busy. When one does eventually stop on your floor it is usually full of people. So you end up taking the stairs anyways. You also couldn’t pull in front of the lobby to unload, we had to do that in the parking garage.

The place was okay.
we had long waits for the elevator, so much so we used the stairs a lot, there was not a place for my children who drove themselves, on the way I called to see about checking in and was sent a link, that me hit with 138.00 parking fee, that you must do before you can get your room number, the front desk staff was asked about additional parking and they were clueless. My daughter's vehicle was towed and my son's was about to be, good they were still awake or his car would have been towed as well. This was the first day, what a welcome.
