Come vacation with us at PCBe Happy at Laketown Wharf! This lake view condo is on the 7th floor. A three private bedroom, three full bathrooms, bunk bed area with a barn door for privacy. PCBe Happy is an end unit with a huge wrap around balcony, with a beautiful lake view. Smart TV in Living room and Smart TV's in 3 bedrooms! This is an amazing location across from the beach. Just minutes from 5 pools, fun entertainment, food, and drinks.
You will receive the door code 24 hours prior to your reservation date. Check in time is 4:00pm. This gives housekeeping enough time to clean and sanitize the condo prior to your stay.

I recently stayed in this condo and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how everything matched the listing perfectly. The rooms were spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless. The balcony offered stunning views, making it a perfect spot to relax. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed.
Although there was a slight smell in the condo, it was easy to overlook given how wonderful everything else was. Donna and her team were amazing hosts—responsive, accommodating, and genuinely kind. They made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

The room was exactly like the picture but certain rooms where nasty had stains on the sheets. (Room to the right) (top bunk bed) White folks hair everywhere. The bathroom in the hallway shower curtain had stains on it, hair in the tub. Bathroom mats were so nasty they are brown almost. Kitchen trash bags does not fit in the trash can. It was a lovely hotel just expected it to be more clean then it was. Will stay here again next year if it’s gone be clean this time.

We loved the location of PCBe Happy condo at Laketown Wharf! The unit is very cute with a great layout. Plenty of room for everyone. The beach is super easy to access with a designated pathway. We were so surprised how many things there were to do on-site: multiple pools, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream shops- and more. If you do want to venture out it's just a short walk to shopping, activities, and local restaurants. The location is super convenient to everything you would need. Our family had a great time. We would definitely recommend.
