Across the street is Beach Walk and the public access to Clearwater Beach. Just steps away.
Included is a stay with Condo for four (1 bedroom with comfy king bed and a separate common area with a futon bed) & free parking, a heated pool, Wi-Fi and conveniently located next to Salty's Restaurant and an ice cream shop for the kids. Beach themed restaurants steps away.
Best spot in the hotel as you won't have noise from guests above you because it is top floor. Elevator to 4th floor with views of the Gulf sitting on the porch.
Accommodations...
King is our biggest and best condo which features a king bed with large flat screen TV, 380 sq. ft. of living space, private bathroom (fully stocked with towels and toiletries). The separate living area includes a kitchenette, flat screen TV, full size sleeper futon and dining area. Exterior share balcony with seating for two. The onsite staff provides daily housekeeping service so you can sit back and relax!
Good to know:
NOTE: There is ongoing construction at a neighboring hotel. There may be some noise but the frame & outside main construction is already up.
Check in time 3PM/Check out time 11AM
1 parking space per unit, parking pass provided at check in.
No pets allowed
No refunds for early departures
Pool hours 8AM-10PM
Minimum age to check in is 20 (no exceptions)

The location was wonderful,plenty of restaurants and close to the beach. The pool was always clean. However when we arrived there were no beach chairs as per the rental agreement. When asked at the front desk they said it was the owner 's responsibility and the owner did not respond. Since we flew in this was an added expense. It will s a true efficiency but that worked for us but there were not even a few paper towels to start out only some coffee.

Perfect for a quick 4 day trip.

The location is great however this condo unit needs a remodel. Although we didn’t need a kitchen, this kitchen is really outdated and needs a complete renovation. We wore socks the whole time and threw them away as they were black from the dirty floor.
The owners were great, absolutely no issues with them.
We watched a beautiful sunset sitting on our balcony.
