Booked this room last minute for Spring Break. Great location across the street from the beach. Not luxury but comfortable accommodations Staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Loved the towel exchange and trash pick-up.

The only thing that could improve our wonderful experience would be a queen size bed with a harder mattress. Otherwise we loved it.

The unit floors were swept, but they were not mopped/washed. The bottom of our feet were black within the first 20 minutes of walking around inside the unit. The water pressure in the shower was below a standard pressure. The street noise is very loud, morning, noon, and night. The pool was dirty, there were hair balls floating in the pool and white foam debris floating on top of the pool for 3 days straight. During our stay I did not see anyone maintaining/skimming the pool.
