Have stayed at Pelican Point the last 3 trips to Clearwater Beach. Each stay has been pleasant and a great value. Will certainly be looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect! Clean, cool, lovely staff, safe, convenient for everything: Clearwater Beach is across the street, lots of restaurants nearby, free parking and clean pool! We came to attend a wedding, but my sister and I enjoyed it so much we want to make this an annual vacation spot and stay here!!! Thank you for a hassle-free, great vacation!!

The location was great!
The room had a musty smell and there appeared to be black mold on the ceiling. There was not any closet or any hooks to hang anything. That was difficult for a three night stay.
