We had an AMAZING time on vacation with Palmetto vacation. We Love Myrtlewood Villas. Our family have been staying at Myrtlewood Villas resort for the last 10 or more years. We are actually planning another family vacation for 2025 with about 25 to 30 of us again!!! Renee the receptionist at Palmetto Vacation Resort is AWESOME she is easy to deal with and provides you with all the information and important dates and paperwork needed for easy check in. It was so easy to check in when we arrived and our house was ready early. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

Overall nice unit, good beds HOWEVER broken dining table, only 1 stool at the counter, two broken bi fold closest doors making them unusable, no hangers at all to hang any clothes, fire alarm went off 3 times while we were simply cooking and fire dept had to come. Palmetto vacations were slow to respond and I get it, it was thanksgiving weekend, however I had to call and follow up after sending pics and msg to Palmetto (after 3 days) Also floor was relatively dusty, had a dirty film and 5 dead large palmetto bugs when we checked in in various areas of the house. doubt this was clean prior to us arriving. Eventually assistance came and did a floor vacumm and brought about 5 hangers (after 5 days). Check in was also confusing the office closed at 3.00pm and never told us. We were told to show up before 5.00pm. So confusing and mis communication there. The overall property is lovely however and apt. very spacious.

This was one of my favorite units. It needs to be sprayed for roaches and bugs. The bedding was dirty and the closet door is still broken, along with the screen on the patio. Trash is behind the fridge and it has a very "packed" smell. The floors nneed a good mopping. And more seating.
