*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
The Space:
*2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Comfortable and clean condo
*1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 pullout sofa in the *living room.
*washer/dryer in the condo.
*Wi-Fi and cable TV available.
*Pool view from the balcony.
*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with wrist bands only (there is $20 charge for each lost/broken bracelets).
*Kitchen is fully quipped with all basics (condiments are not included).
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises. 2 parking tags provided ( there is $20 fee for each missing or broken tag)

The condo is located at Myrtlewood , 10 min. from airport, 5 min. from Broadway at the beach, 5 min. from the beach, 15 min. from Market Commons, 1 min. From golf course.
Friendly neighborhood, High maintained, built around Myrtlewood Golf Club, Walking and biking trails, outdoor pool.

Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.
*Please review my house rules.
*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Location excellent! Outside Property well looked after!
Only problem was kitchen was very limited in cookware and utensils. The stove was VERY OLD. Needed it to be repaired several times during our stay.
Excellent service from property manager and repair man when dealing with our problems.

Nice condo in a great environment. Good communication with the manager. Couple of things needed to be fix and the manager was very responsive about them. Condo being on the ground floor was very convenient.

Place was nice and comfy and the owner was always available to answer any questions needed. I saw one water bug but overall it was clean.
