It’s perfect for families, golfers and winter rentals. No expense was spared on the furnishings and amenities to make it enjoyable. The mp3/iPod capable stereos will allow you to listen to your favorite tunes in any room.

Weather was not propice for golf, it was very cold even snow! The apartment needs a bit of love, it is due for a upgrade.

Pros - location. Neighborhood. Floor plan. Price. Patio. Sidewalks. First floor.
Cons - no hands soap in bathrooms. Bed rooms carpets were dirty. No paper towels. Not enough towels. No coffe / tea. Old TVs and computer. No trash bags. Bug in bedroom.
