Bright and beautifully positioned, Pyramid 8G is a two-bedroom, oceanfront condo that provides easy access to the very best of Ocean City.
Step inside to admire a lovely beachfront setting with an open layout, air conditioning, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that frame the Atlantic Ocean below. Although there's no outdoor balcony here, there is an extended oceanfront living and dining area, not to mentioned a fully appointed kitchen, flatscreen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.

A $40 nonrefundable registration fee is required.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the opportunity to stay in this community so close to the water. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It was so easy to get settled and walk right out to the beach or explore town. Being close is just what our family was looking forward to on this beach trip.

At first glance, the place is clean enough and the living space is cozy. However, the bedrooms need some work. The linens are of poor quality.
There are cables and wires hanging every place the whole apartment needs to be rewired
The TVs don’t work well and the one hairdryer was disgusting.
The curtains in the living room do not work and half of the slats are laying on the floor.
The bathrooms are small. I mean from wall to wall where the toilets are is not 3 feet.
It was close to the elevators great view of the beach
You have to pay for parking when you get there. Of course that’s not told to you in the beginning.
The master bedroom does not have a beach view and barely has a window.
