Marvel at the incredible light that streams into this two-bedroom condo at The Pyramid, an oceanfront retreat with two balconies and commanding views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean below.
Inside, you'll find an open, air-conditioned living space, a fully appointed kitchen with every essential, and a washer/dryer to take care of your swimsuits and beach towels nightly. In this particular condo on the north end of the building, you'll even have two balconies where you can take in the view of the ocean downstairs.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.
THINGS TO KNOW
A $40 registration fee is due at check-in at Pyramid building year-round. The fee Includes use of on-site amenities and one (1) parking space.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo had great views. The building itself wasn't overly crowded or busy, and people were very nice and respectful. Distance to the beach was great. Condo itself could use some minor upgrades and minor maintenance but nothing that was a deal breaker. Would stay here again.

As mentioned in other reviews, blinds were broken in the main living area, which meant we couldn't open them fully, as well as in the bedroom, which meant sunlight came blazing in - bring a sleep mask! Couch was new, but beds and other seating were uncomfortable and some of the chairs were literally about to fall apart. Linens were scratchy, and we had to go get our own hand soap, which was fine but I wish we'd been given a list of things to bring and that we'd brought our own linens. I also wish we'd known that you have to pull the front doorknob towards yourself while entering the code, so the lock can slide (we learned this after battling it in the pouring rain when we first arrived).
On the positive, this is a very unique building. Onsite management and Vacasa staff were helpful, and you really can't beat the view and location of this place (check out Bull On The Beach, Blue Fish and Layton's if you've never been). Pool was nice and warm, with restrooms/ changing rooms and quick beach access, and elevators work quickly and feel safe.
