The Space:
Begin each morning with a hot cup of coffee, a rocking chair, and a spectacular oceanfront view from your balcony at Pyramid 6M, a two-bedroom condo in midtown Ocean City.
This air-conditioned space is comfortable and inviting, offering an oceanfront living room with a TV, dining tables both inside and outside on the balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. Additional amenities include free WiFi throughout the condo and a washer/dryer to fresh your bathing suits and beach towels nightly.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a shopping center and public tennis courts directly across the street. Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is less than two miles north, while Fenwick Island is just over three miles north across the Delaware state line.
THINGS TO KNOW
A $40 non-refundable Pyramid registration fee (Cash Only) is required year round and is to be paid at the Pyramid at the time of check in. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for $20 per night (CASH ONLY). Please ensure to display any parking permit at all times. The $40 fee covers WEEKLY lengths of stays, for instance a guest staying 2 nights or 1 week will pay $40. A guest staying any amount of time OVER one week would then pay $80.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This oceanfront unit was even better than the pictures. The unit was clean and had everything that was advertised ready for us. Check in was a breeze and after hours check in was clear and easy to navigate. The view of the ocean was absolutely perfect! The beds were comfortable and couches as well. Balcony furniture was comfortable and nice to enjoy breakfast at the nice table. We were traveling with a 91 year old and the type of furniture and height of furniture and beds were great for an elderly woman. She also was able to navigate around comfortably with her walker. The building was nice and the pool and wash of stations were great. This unit did not have any reviews on VRBO which made me nervous...I'm so glad I trusted the pictures and stayed at this unit. The beach section in front of the pyramid was wonderful and very family oriented and calm. A grocery store right across the road, and a short drive to the boardwalk made for the perfect location! Only wish we could stay longer!
