Love the house big enough for all 11 of us. Plenty of space to move around and relax and not feel cramped. Enjoyed the master bedroom very large. Hostv was quick to respond to every question. Would book again

Check in had a hitch. We arrived at the security gate at around 10:00pm. The security gate did not have all of the names listed that were staying at the house. We had 2 cars so our car got through as they did have my name, but not the other drivers name. I reached out to our host and they added the other names and sent us a gate code for the other driver. It took multiple messages and a phone calls on my behalf to get this resolved. The host told me they do not have a way to contact the front gate and front gate doesn’t have a way to contact the host. This is not good, leaving it on the guest to fix their problem.
