Modern 5BR5BA Vacation Home with Private Pool CG1593

The property was awesome a really great spot for vacation and really clean. Loved the location

I requested to get the pool heated. I didn't receive a callback after mentioning it to the property. I did a call follow-up to check in to see if completed no response after the check in. I was disappointed everything else was good.

The leak in the master bedroom that caused a delay in our plans for Saturday morning.. and that our hot tub was not heated

House was beautiful! Kitchen was pretty well stocked! Plenty of storage!

Pool was smaller than it looked in pictures! Shower ran out of hot water with 5 people! Ants were in bathrooms and kitchen. Air hockey table did not work! Very strict at Oasis Club about taking water bottles in.

Location was good. Spa was not clean

Was not clean found trash all over in room in drawers, pool was super smaller than expected form pictures and other places I stayed at same location. Staff did not respond. Did not provide wash clothes gave hand towels. Game room was nothing very boring for children. Remotes was missing backs glassware/ plastic ware was broke broken. Grass was cut during the stay and was not good for adults and children who have allergies. So prevented them from being outside while doing so
