The cleanliness , affordable , location and scenery
The leak in the master bedroom that caused a delay in our plans for Saturday morning.. and that our hot tub was not heated

House was beautiful! Kitchen was pretty well stocked! Plenty of storage!
Pool was smaller than it looked in pictures! Shower ran out of hot water with 5 people! Ants were in bathrooms and kitchen. Air hockey table did not work! Very strict at Oasis Club about taking water bottles in.

As a minor downside, there can occasionally be some traffic when entering the residential community. However, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, and restaurants nearby, so you don’t need to travel far to get everything you need.
