This amazing 5BR, 5BA villa with 2 King-bed master suites is located in the most sought-after neighborhoods of Champions Gate, FL. Only 12 miles away to Disney, 22 miles away to Universal Studio, it is less than one mile away to the clubhouse (lazy river, theatre, fitness, water slides etc). With outstanding facilities, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people and and entertain the whole family. It promises a relaxing-friendly retreat close to the best restaurants, attractions, landmarks, and of course, the world-famous Disney World!

2. Pool Heat
☆ Optional amenity and can be added at rate of $40/night. It is only available for the whole stay.
☆ Heating is NOT instant, it takes around 24-48 hours to warm up.
☆ To heat spa, turn the timer dial on outside wall near the sliding glass door
clock-wise. Maximum timeout is 60mins. Recommend to set 60mins and wait for 30mins to allow spa to heat up then enjoy the spa for rest 30minutes.
☆ We recommend adding heat from October to May.
☆ Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When weather goes below 60degrees, pool heat might not reach desired temperature and would not be able to refund if added.
☆ Pool cleanings are scheduled every Tuesday.
3. We provide a Starter Kit that includes the following:
☆ one kitchen paper towel,
☆ two toilet papers in each bathroom
☆ one bar of soap in each bathroom,
☆ 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner and body wash in each bathroom,
☆ extra kitchen garbage bags,
☆ Dish soap and pod for the dishwasher
☆ Detergent pods for the washing machine.
☆ Coffee & Tea Station (Dripping coffee, Herb Tea & Lipton Tea)
***After that guests are responsible for the replacements during stay. Nearest grocery store is one mile away.
4. Daily Trash Pick Up

This was a Disney birthday trip for my daughter, and our host went above and beyond to make it special. We arrived to find festive birthday decorations throughout the entryway, dining area, and kitchen, along with the sweetest little gift waiting for my daughter, such a thoughtful touch!The rooms were comfortable and, most importantly, spotless. Our girls absolutely loved spending time in the pool and hot tub, while the adults enjoyed the grill and the spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, you truly can’t beat that.The home and all of its accommodations made our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Our multigeneration family booked a last minute fun and relaxing weeken. The home is beautiful. The home is very clean and had all of the cecessary supplies. The bedroom decor made everyone feel welcomed and the mattresses were comfortable. All of the bedrooms are large with plenty of space. The homes feels very spacious and has a multitude of gathering areas. The game room is on the main level but pool table is on the 2nd floor. This allows options for different age groups. Al of the surrounding neighbors were nice and everr was very polite. You could feel the positive family vacation vibes throughout the neighborhood. It was very safe and family friendly. The pool very nice and was very clean. It is the perfect size to relax to cool off or warm up in the hot tub. There are plenty of activities and great restaurants. Publix is 5 munutes away. We were so pleased with the home and how it is nanaged. We were given information and support throughout the process. Every area of the home has clear communication from fire exists to check out instructions. This is a fantastic vacation home rental. I would also consider any other vacation rentals from this business and managers. It is very obvious they care about your stay and want families to have a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay overall. Susan was always friendly and helpful and had a quick response to my questions. Although there were a few problems with cleanliness. We found dirty pillow cases on the master beds and some food stains on the kitchen floor and hair in the dish towels. The kids room rugs were also dirty and need to be replaced. I think the house keeper needs to do a better job. We also had trouble getting hot water off and on. There should be better parking options also. We still had a nice time overall.
