BRING A BOAT DURING YOUR STAY AND MOOR FOR A MODEST FEE. BEAUTIFUL $5-10 MILLION DOLLAR HOMES ACROSS THE BAY! WALK TO TURTLE CLUB. WALK TO LA PLAYA HOTEL and THE RITZ CARLTON. SATURDAY IS OUR TURNOVER DAY, SO PLEASE PICK A WEEK THAT RUNS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. ARRIVAL TIME IS 4:00PM. DEPARTURE TIME IS 10:00AM. VISIT THE BEACH BOX AGAIN BEFORE IT BECOMES A HIGH RISE.

Not only is this condo extremely clean and nicely updated, it is in an convenient location close to just about anything you'd want to eat and of course walking distance to the beach! It is a nice size for two people, any more would be a little cramped. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

Great place to stay for a couple weeks. I was concerned about the Murphy bed as it turned out it was very comfortable and we slept great My husband was able to launch his kayak from the boat ramp that is located on the property and was able to fish every day. Walking distance to the beach was a plus. The neighbors were great everyone was very friendly we would definitely rent again.
