Come stay at this centrally located Cozy Fun Casa in a quiet Cul-de-Sac just minutes to San Antonio's most visited attractions!
- 12 minute drive to Lackland AFB & the South Texas Medical Center (VA Hospital)
- 14 mins from SA Airport
- 17 mins to Six Flags, The Pearl & La Cantera
- 19 mins to Sea World & downtown SA River Walk
Conveniently located just off Loop 410 close to Ingram Park Mall, you will be close to nationally recognized venues, restaurants and stores.
The space
The home has a floor plan that invites gathering with a large open dining and living room area with 65" smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve meals including: refrigerator, range with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with k-cups or your choice of ground coffee, crock pot, Airfryer, utensils, place settings, and more!
The Master Suite includes a Queen size bed and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, bedroom 3 has a full size bed. Plenty of seating in the living room that features a comfy oversized sofa!
The hall bath includes a tub/shower combo and there is a washer & dryer in the garage stocked with laundry detergent & bleach.
The back yard has a charcoal grill for you to enjoy. Sorry, we do not supply charcoal.
Free WiFi and Smart TVs in the Living Room and in the master bedroom to log into your favorite TV streaming apps!
Our ultra high speed internet, along with the additionally provided computer monitor will enable you to work efficiently so you can get back to enjoying your stay!
Family Entertainment/Game Room:
*Arcade style Head to Head Basketball game
* Playing card table/family game table with seating for up to 4 (more chairs available in garage)
* Board games for endless hours of fun
* Comfortable couch for lounging while watching TV and spending time with family/friends
Other things to note
There is a security alarm system in the house with a door bell security camera in the entryway. The camera is motion activated.
There is enough space to sleep 10 people. Assuming two people sleep on the sofa and two people sleep on the queen sized inflatable mattress (air pump is in the hallway closet).
Guest access
*Immediate on-site covered 2 car parking available (no looking around for parking)
*Ease of use street parking also available if necessary (there is always ample street parking should you need more than 2 parking spots)
*Excellent caring neighbors ( probably doing yard work, don't be shy - wave and say hello!)
*Please no pets on furniture.

We needed a place that could expand to accommodate up to 8 guests and 3 dogs for my son's BMT graduation since we didn't know the final number for who was coming in. This house fit the bill perfectly. We ended up with only 4 ppl and 3 dogs, but were able to have a few friends stop by on Thursday to wish the Airman good luck for his future. The layout of the house is great for that! Comfortable and inviting. Basketball game in sun room was a big hit with everyone! Sun room also provided a place to stash the dogs safely while we enjoyed all that San Antonio has to offer. Great experience. Highly recommend!

The house was ok & worked while we were in town for a BMT graduation. The pics are not really accurate, cleanliness could've been a lot better. We were looking forward to playing the basketball game - but it's not there, just a couple of big video games & a Foosball table. That room had a little window a/c unit that doesn't keep it cool. In the master bath- electric outlet didn't work & light in the shower didn't work. The coffee maker's k-cup function didn't work. The couch looked huge (not sure if it was different than the pics) but it only sat 5 people. There were extra chairs in the garage but we had to clean them. Kitchen table sat 4 and there was no extra card table. Backyard was full of weeds, not a nice place to relax. Back screen door was broken and the backdoor didn't close well. We were definitely disappointed overall.
