Our MiraVista condo located directly on the Quail Run Golf Course. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. Freshly painted, brand new appliances, updates throughout the unit. The unit has screen in lanai with amazing golf course views. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while listening to birds and peace.
This condo is centrally located in Naples close beach (less than 2 miles or 5 min drive). The closest beach is Clam Pass which is adjacent to the Naples Grand Resort. You can get to the beach from the parking lot while having a scenic walk on the deck leading to the beach or enjoy a free tram ride.
This condo is close to many restaurants and shopping area (Publix, Target, Costco, etc.).
The monthly base rental rate includes all utilities (electric, cable, high-speed internet (Wi-Fi), water, sewer, and trash).

We loved our stay and could not have asked for more. The property was exactly as-described and our host was very helpful with clear and timely communication. This should be at the top of anyone’s list for a stay in Naples, FL.

- The owner, Tatiana, is extremely customer oriented and always attuned to our needs. The unit was immaculate, tastefully decorated, well equipped with new appliances, a fully appointed kitchen, and luxurious bath towels. The screened lanai, with its dual access off the master bedroom and living area, provided a peaceful retreat throughout the day, accented by the scenic view of the #3 fairway at Quail Run Golf Course. The unit is located at the end of a quiet No Outlet street, conveniently close to Clam Pass Park (Seagate Beach), Costco, Publix supermarket, Target, and various chain restaurants. Downtown Naples, with its famed 5th Avenue, is a mere 10 min drive to the South. The building elevator made unloading and loading a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our 60 night stay and highly recommend this property.
