Immaculate two bedroom two bathroom second floor. Updated and designer touches. High Point Country Club 9 par 3 hole golf course is just steps away as is one of the 5 heated pools. Amenities include: Unlimited golf membership with full owner privileges, tennis, excise room, pro shop, library. Golfing community is very active with events you can join almost every day. Conveniently located in the heart of Naples! Walk to restaurants, shopping malls and beaches! The minimum rental agreement must be a minimum of three months, available 1 Jan-31 Mar 2021. Note Par 3 golf course closed for renovation from May '21 - Oct 15 '21 due to course renovation.
