Offering you a quiet retreat after all your adventures at the beach and exploring Naples by land or sea. The contactless, keyless self check in works with Wifi door locks and a 4 digit code provided after booking. It is ideal for two people. If you are budget minded you can pull out the sleep sofa, inflate the air mattress with the electric pump and sleep 4. (Spare sheets and pillows are provided) The main Queen Bed has a comfortable new mattress. A 65" Roku TV with added digital antenna gives you literally hundreds of local channels for entertainment. A Google Nest Mini Speaker with basic instructions is there for your convenience. The kitchenette features a small Microwave and Refrigerator, a movable Hotplate with two burners, a Keurig Coffee maker, Farberware hot water heater for tea and all the utensils, plates, drinking glasses that one might need. The space is cozy and makes you feel at home and relaxed right away. The same house rents a 2 bedroom next door which is separate from your Studio with no shared spaces, except for the front yard parking. It is offered for rent in case there are larger families or travelers with friends who want to have their private space.

Beautiful property!!! I loved the complimentary wine!!! They also had snacks, condiments, bicycles and everything you needed to feel at home away from home!!!I will stay there every time I visit Naples from Raleigh, NC. The location was perfect!!! We felt safe and loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do!!! Check in was so easy. The communication was always prompt and courteous!!! Wonderful amenities in the lodging!!! Appreciated the complimentary use of itmes such as bikes, chairs, and personal items. The enclosed patio was delightful. We loved everything about this place.

The whole process from booking to arrival was very simple. The room was nice, location was great for us! I absolutely despise being stuck in a hotel room with no outside access, patio,etc. I couldnt bring myself to leave the lanai to go to bed. Could have slept right there it was so cozy with a great breeze. Highly recommend if you are a down to earth person that doesn't need all the hotel amenities and enjoy your privacy. My husband NEVER rides a bike at home. We used the bikes to ride to Blueberries (highly recommend). Taco Tequila at the intersection had great food and great Strawberry Margueritas! Definitely within walking distance. Very close to Publix, the Naples Zoo, Conservancy of SW Fl, Freedom Park, Baker Park and the Greenway.
