Located near the Snowflake and Peak 9 lifts at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, Grand timber Lodge has all the amenities to make this a very memorable vacation! The two-bedroom unit is spacious, well equipped and the resort itself has everything you need to have a great time.
With 1,200 square feet of well-appointed living space, up to eight guests can sleep comfortably in one of Grand Timber Lodge’s two-bedroom units. The unit will have a master bedroom with a king size bed and a separate bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom, can be locked off and has a small kitchenette. The common area for the unit has a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker and more. Also in the common area is a kitchen counter with three seats and a table for eight. After eating you can relax around the gas fireplace in the several couches and watch TV or play games.
Grand Timber Lodge has ski-in/ski-out access to Breckenridge Ski Resort lifts. Ski rental and equipment rental is available on site through Christy Sports which is located at the end of Building 5 at the resort! There is underground heated parking. The resort also boasts several indoor/outdoor pools and several inside and outside hot tubs. For chilling out time there is a bar and a restaurant at the resort. There is an arcade for the kids or adults who want to be kids and several home theater setups that can be reserved. If you want to go to downtown Breckenridge or to the different lifts, there is a free shuttle that will take you down and bring you back when you’re ready to go and relax in the hot tubs.
Grand Timber Lodge is a great place to spend time relaxing, adventuring, exploring the great out-of-doors, taking in some of the action at the International Snow Sculpture Championships or reading a good book curled up by the fire!

Grand Timber is a great family lodge but it is not ski-in, ski-out and should not be advertised as such. We had a spacious 2br/2ba lockout which was perfect for us. There were some quirky issues, tv in living room only got Dish channels but tv in master got Dish plus Netflix. We brought a Roku but that didn’t work in either. Grand Timber is dated and starting to show it’s age but our biggest complaint is it is not ski-in or ski-out. If there’s fresh snow, you can ski-out to road and hike up hill two blocks to Beaver Run chair. If you try to ski-in off lower sawmill and take first sign to Grand Timber you have to traverse and hike a lot. I hear the second sign is an easier traverse but we didn’t try it. We just reverse hiked downhill from road off Beaver. Listing should not advertise ski-in, ski-out. Otherwise, property is a 3. We did like the robes and humidifiers in the room and the Lodge shuttle is fantastic. Just call them from anywhere in Breck and they’ll come get you within 15 minutes. Very cool.

We treated our daughter, son-in-law and grandkids to a week at the Grand Timber Lodge and everyone just loved it! They can’t wait to come back! Our unit was just perfect for the 7 of us and the ski in ski out feature was an added bonus!
