This newly constructed 4BR/2.5BA home is in the sought-after Grande Pointe complex. Cross over Hwy 98 for the public beach access off Orange Street South. Community amenities abound and include an outdoor pavilion, swimming pool, and dock right on Powell Lake.

Pack a picnic and spend a day at the beach -- the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast are only a 15-minute walk away. Or ride the provided bikes and explore nature at the nearby state park, located approximately 0.5 miles away.

LIVING AREA

The open plan of the main living area allows a seamless flow for group entertainment. Watch a movie on the 65” flat-screen TV while relaxing on the sectional, or enjoy a beverage on one of two armchairs. Netflix and Disney+ Bundle with Hulu and ESPN are available. A ceiling fan and hardwood floors complete this airy space.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create a culinary masterpiece in the bright kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a plethora of gadgets -- including an Instant Pot. The large, center island has bar-style seating. Keep the conversation going at the adjacent dining area, outfitted with a wood table set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Located on the second floor, the master suite is furnished with a king bed, ceiling fan, and a 55-inch TV. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, double vanity, and separate water closet. There is also a walk-in closet, which can be accessed from the bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, 43-inch TV, and ceiling fan. The third bedroom is furnished with another 43-inch TV and two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. Both of these rooms are on the second floor, along with a guest bathroom fitted with a tub/shower combination. A fourth guest room is on the first floor and has a queen bed, 43-inch TV, and a ceiling fan. There is also a half bath on the first floor.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The front porch is furnished with an outdoor couch – providing a nice spot for morning coffee. A second porch overlooking the woods has a gas grill and seating for six.

Outdoor community areas include access to an unheated year-round pool and a dock, both about three blocks from home.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, three adult bicycles, and one child’s bike are provided.

THE LOCATION

Grande Pointe is a quiet community located between Powell Lake and the Gulf of Mexico, with Camp Helen State Park to the east. This two-story home is only about a half-mile from beach access or the park’s entrance. Experience romantic restaurants with a small-town feel in the laid-back and charming Rosemary Beach, less than 2 miles away. Endless options for shopping and entertainment await in Panama City Beach, only about 15 miles southeast.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
