This house was absolutely beautiful, nicely decorated and great view. Smith lake is so clean! Our only small complaint was that it would have been nice to have access to to the non-motorized water equipment like paddle boards and kayaks. We understand the liability but think a waiver could have solved that. Otherwise, this is a fabulous property!

We came to Smith Lake to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas with our adult children. Magnolia Grove is a beautiful lake home with incredible views! Check-in was easy. There was plenty of room for everyone and we had everything we needed. Our family had so much fun and hope to be back soon!
