Sleeps 14 people comfortably with a total of 10 beds. 45 minutes from downtown Birmingham and 15 minutes from Exit 299 off I-65. House is very open plan with very large living room, dining, kitchen and 3 out of 4 bedrooms on ground level.

This beautiful home is right on the awesome Smith Lake with a great view from the back deck. It was the perfect size for our family of 15. Plenty of spacious common areas. It was very clean and Dale was great to work with, answering any questions we had immediately. Would most definitely recommend this place for large family gatherings!

Could not give highest rating due to toilet in Master bath had issues & guest had to deal with over flowing toilet entire visit. Also, we were not able to lock & secure the front door due to the hardware being stripped out. It appears that the house is in need of overall attention.
Place was situated beautifully on the lake & we really enjoyed the back porch where we could watch the British Open.
