This guest home has a 1 bedroom with queen bed, dresser, wardrobe, closet & small tv, a living room with convertible twin sofa bed plus space for an inflatable queen mattress, a private restroom with shower , full-kitchen, washer & dryer and ample shared backyard accommodations, a shared pool and backyard. NOTE1: It's a JADU (Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit). The 1-bedroom guest house is not on its own plot of land. It's attached to my house and on the same plot of land. It has an independent entrance and parking space. The backyard is shared with owner.
NOTE2: The living room twin-bed is a sofa bed and the queen is an inflatable that's stored in the closet, if required, I can set it up before you're arrival, please advise ahead of arrival.

Absolutely loved this place! I was traveling by myself for a working holiday and enjoyed every minute of my stay. Gabi was a very thoughtful host that made sure I was well taken care of. Since I was working, I turned the kitchen table into a multi-monitor work station. The chair was surprisingly comfortable for my long hours. More so, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I've had multiple back surgeries, so that was a concern for me. I stayed for almost two weeks and my back had zero problems. The internet was fast and everything went well. The neighborhood is safe, nice, and super quiet. As someone traveling alone, safety is/was a high priority. They do have dogs, but they are also super quiet. My only regret is I didn't have time for that gorgeous pool. I'll have to do that next time! 😁

This is my second time staying. The host is very responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay. Easy access to everything. Clean and tidy apartment.

The property was clean, the area was spacious enough for the two of us, Wi-Fi was good, and Gabi was extremely helpful in answering questions!
