I was uncomfortable, the attendance was unpleasant

Nothing! The room was infested of bugs/cacroches… we complained right away & the woman asked to show her, but she didn’t want to come to the room, so I showed her pictures & videos. She moved us to an upstairs room, after we told her my husband has problems with his leg. The breakfast was Twinkies, coffee and orange juice. We have to go out to eat

Please read previous comments. Also, we got home after working for hours and the room was not serviced! The bed was not made and no clean towels. The night attendance gave some new ones, but I had to pick them up I can’t upload the video of the bugs. The next day a fumigator company was working on the infestation

COCKROACH HELL!!

NOTHING

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! We checked into the room around 8:00pm and everything was fine. I woke up around 1:00am to use the bathroom and when the light was turned on the room was infested with over 100 COCKROACHES! floor to ceiling. it was like something out of a horror movie. This is a public health concern and the proprietor should not have knowingly allowed me to occupy this space. With the amount of Cockroaches present there is no way that a dutiful staff could not be aware of this. If cockroaches don't bother you than book a room here at your own risk, otherwise don't book here.

Terrible customer service

I did not stay at the property and still pending a reimbursement for the pending charges with Affirm. First of all this was the wrong location and I attempted to cancel my booking within 15 minutes and this still has not been resolved. The front desk employee was so rude and wanted to charge me even though I had already processed everything with booking. I did not feel safe, the front desk employee was VERY aggressive and I am a 4’10 female and did not trust the transaction. While I was there he was able to scare off two potential customers with his unfriendliness, disrespect and unwillingness to help and assist the individuals reserving a room. This man made a really bad day turn into a terrible day and left me with no place to stay but my car. Please reimburse the charges. This day was very unpleasant and I feared to stay on this grounds due to the employee.

There was someone there at 2am when i arrived that facilitated check in

It was gross. There were bugs flying around in the bathroom sink area that seemed to live there. There was a dead cockroach on the floor of the bathroom between the toilet and the bathtub. I have video and pictures

Very nice staff the facility can use some updating.

The staff is absolutely amazing. The front desk lady was very kind. The location was also very good however, there was a lot of interesting people around(possibly unhoused).

When I walked into the room, there was scuff marks all over the trim. There was also interesting stains on the walls. Paint was peeling in the bathroom. the bottom of the tub was questionable. I’ve paid lower for a cleaner looking motel. (NOTE: the sheets were washed, and the floor was mopped before we went in… The only issue was the walls and the bathroom.)

This property was very dirty. Had roaches bathtub was disgusting everything about this room was just awful. Holes in the curtains and bedding. Was very unhappy

For $128 it was pretty crummy, if it was $60 I’d expect that but would not stay here again.

The man at the front desk was very kind.

The beds were terrible, the sheets were scratchy, the pillows were lumpy and tiny and the AC fan shut on and off all night. There were no tissues in the tissue holder, only conditioning shampoo in the shower, the shower floor was worn out, the microwave was dirty and the floors were sticky and dirty.

The room had very large numbers engraved on the floor that nobody bothered to paint over it or better yet cover it somehow. The numbers were 666. It made me very uneasy staying there. Also I could not understand the lady at the front desk. Not friendly at all, never smiled.

Unruly Neighbors; Safety Jeopardized

Location. When visiting the area the location is central to our activities, and has always been a good choice for us.

The first evening, the guests either next to us, or above us engaged in a very loud, aggressive argument. F-bombs abundant not pleasant. Unfortunately, by the second night, my spouse had a medical emergency and was admitted to ER. I returned to your facilities for the night. The neighboring guests fought continually, a lady was crying hysterically, and people were bouncing off the walls. I finally took refuge in the bathtub, expecting shots to be fired. I did not call it in for fear they would redirect their anger to me. The next day, when I was notified that I could pick up my spouse, I discovered the shower was broken. He had been exposed to contagious diseases, and we could not even shower. I was more than happy to leave.

Direct TV service was terrible. Housekeeping service was barely noticeable - (1) housekeeping worked the room only once every 3 days, (2) floors were very dirty the entire time, (3) adjusting water temp with the shower "faucet handle from Mars" was unworkable and it was impossible to stop it from dripping.

Disappointing

It was clean

There was electrical wiring hanging from the ceiling. The fire alarm went off early in the morning, scaring us. The paint in the bathroom was chipped, and I did not feel safe taking my showers. There were no bath towels to use just a very thin bathroom towel that I dried myself off with.
