Quiet neighborhood with beautiful Mountain Views.

The space has very high ceilings and was appointed nicely with two queen beds. Having a full kitchen was a plus.

I was not sent the check-in instructions and had to seek them out after a day of travel, late at night. The lock on the unit's door was somewhat finicky. There was not a map of the complex provided, so I never found the parking space or the pool.

The unit itself was very nice. Clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable. (though we were given wrong instructions on how to find room, said turn right instead of left at front door. Took us about 10 minutes to find the room. Crazy.) Gym is great. Hot tub and pool courtyard very nice.

We enjoyed the two bedroom space itself very much BUT for the price, the inconveniences outweighed the space A LOT. I expect to get what you pay for. At $760 each night for 3 nights I expect A LOT! Totally overpriced and a month later I'm still annoyed we didn't make a big stink right then and there. Everything was brand new and clean, but there was too much that had not been thought of for the steep price. We may have been the first guests? The check in was the worst I've had, ever. We were given a street address that was on the opposite side of the complex. I was not given any instructions in advance and it took us at least 20/25 minutes to figure out how to get in while texting. I wasn't sure if I was texting with a human or not. Speedy response but very impersonal and a little impatient. So much so that I asked if the responder was human or a bot! Instead of answering, how to get in, he said just check your app. After driving all day to get there not welcoming. Not one hanger in any of the xl closets? Real pain in the neck. The worst towels I have seen in any hotel or airbnb ever. As my unpicky husband said, you would get better at a Motel 6. Really disappointing and inconvenient. One of the "full" size towels, rolled up and presented on the bed didn't even wrap around my slim frame. And no paper towels and other basics in the kitchen. Two ultra thin beach towels for our group of 3. I had to ask for an additional. I think they were newish but also super cheap and very thin. Maybe they think someone is going to steal towels?? Hard to imagine for the cost we paid. A lot for this property to figure out. It could be a much nice experience. Oh, and the one key fob situation is a major, major inconvenience unless you are one person or a group who is making every move as a unit. For one person to go out and another to go to gym, etc. we had to coordinate. Such a restriction. NOT ok.
