Amazing ocean front villa with direct ocean views from the balcony and just steps from one of the best beaches and largest ocean front pool on Hilton Head. Renovated with wide plank hardwood and tile floors throughout, Designer colors with a beach feel. This villa has been maintained top notch.
Open Floor Plan in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with walk-in shower, sleeps 4, Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, Pull out Sofa in Living Room with a door between the bedroom and living room for privacy.
The beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunrises. This villa has been remodeled to today standards of what guests want for a beach get away. Perfect for a couple, however there is a pull-out sofa for additional 2 people.
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools including the largest beach front pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 Tennis Courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.
Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.
Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.

We appreciated the beach access and view from the balcony. Just a couple of minor issues keep us from giving a 5 star review. When we arrived Sissy very quickly responded to our call and helped us remove wasps from the balcony. While there, she acknowledged that the sliding glass door was dirty, noting that there had been a heavy rain the day before. Seems like that could have been taken care of before our 4pm checkin. It was messing with our view of the ocean, so we bought some Windex wipes and took care of it. Maybe leave some glass cleaner on hand in the property. Also, the only elevator was at the opposite end of the very long building and parking lot. Not a deal-breaker, but we 60-somethings had heavy bags to carry up the stairs.The unit was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We were invited to join friends from Michigan for a little Spring get away. So, we took a look at the property they were staying at and booked our vacation last minute! Wow!!! We were so pleasantly surprised! We were greeted at the welcome center by an enthusiastic lovely young lady who explained where we could find our villa. We found our villa easily and were immediately pleased with the beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable accommodations with a fabulous view!We had a fabulous time walking the beautiful beach and spent many hours pool side! Lots of laughs were shared with our wonderful friends! We will definitely book again and already miss the fresh ocean breezes and sounds of waves crashing!!!Our only negative would be lack of beach chairs and beach towels provided by host. Otherwise absolutely excellent experience!
