The property as a whole was great. The condo was not good. Needs lots of work . Most of the blinds on the glass sliding door were missing, needs paint, transition on the floor missing . It looked like a DIY nightmare. The condo has lots of potential, but I wouldn’t rent it out again until it has a total overhaul. No tv in the bedroom that works and you couldn’t watch it if it did from the bed . There’s a huge water mark on the ceiling. Not what I would expect from an upscale area like Hilton Head. We will not return .
