It was very clean and had easy access to the beach. The pool was very large and the staff was friendly. The host left snacks, which was very nice. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for use in the room! The air conditioning worked very well and the shower was fantastic. We never ran out of hot water. I loved the sliding doors on the "master" bedroom.

First, the instructions on how to access the property were wrong and I ended up having to go a couple of different places to finally access the location. When I made it to the property, the door code I had been given did not work. I called support and they changed the code, but the door would not open. Finally realized that the door was warped and you had to pull on it to get it to unlock. The last day there, we needed toilet paper. I had to buy an extra roll from the on-site restaurant because refills are not provided. The listing claims two pull out sofas....there was only one (which was fine for my family, but not as advertised.) I would definitely say that the problem was with host to home (the middle man) and not the actual property owner.
