Galini View Apartments Lindos

Beautiful setting right next to the beach. Very clean, owner Panos helpful. Cleaned everyday than Sundays & lovely fresh towels & bedding. Would highly recommend

The peace and being so close to the beach. Also a short walk to town. Lovely gardens.

Nothing really except we were not aware that we had to pull a big heavy gate to access property. There was info for car owners to open it but we arrived on foot. The local restaurant helped us to gain access. So if that was explained on booking it would be great. Panos was a great help to us on last Day when a taxi was delayed.

Nice apartment with a beautiful garden very close to the beach, great view of the Lindos Acropolis from the terrace. Free private parking is available.

Location and view from terrace was v good indeed. And the new shower room was to the standard one expects for the price. Beach is near and parking on the site was v useful given the crowds. Nice touch with bottled water and a pack of apple juice. But no salt , even in C19 sachets.

...but ...the furniture, fittings (other than the new shower room) and the bed was as if furnished, in hurry, from a clearance auction. Such a shame. It would not take much to make the experience of staying SO much better by some modern or even comfortable furniture, and less of it. It was too full. It felt like it was in limbo between a nice earner in the summer and a place of family residence in the winter. Slab panel cupboards of no style, old familiar settees with a disguising throw, one leg broken, etc.. And no control over the roof terrace light, one of which was inoperable. As I say....a typical greek approach which one eventually accepts, but with the evidence of the new shower room there is clearly a will to do better. Do it sooner and the place would be my favourite return!
