Villa Elena

Very close to the main square and Lindos town centre itself, with beautiful garden and views

Having to leave room to use private toilet but it does state it on booking, so no real grumble to be had.

These apartments are all about the location, situated right in the heart of old town. We went for the quadruple room even though there was only 2 of us so as we had more space as the double rooms were very small.

It's rustic but that's Greece, yes the bathrooms are also seperate to the rooms but didn't cause us any issues but could be inconvenient if you need to get up during the night. The night we stayed we had a cricket or similar outside of our room that made a lot of noise but not really the owners fault. Parking was an issue, we tried to speak to the owner on arrival but he was not available for a few hours so we left our car at a car park over at St Pauls which was fine as there is a golf buggy available for free to take you back and forth from Lindos. Owner had sent whatsapp messages about the free parking but these did not come through to us despite the contact number being correct. Ultimately the parking didn't really affect our stay it just left us in limbo for a few hours as we were not initially sure whether we could leave our car overnight at St Pauls. The parking was 7 Euros and the parking manager allowed us to park from 10.30am on the day of arrival until 12pm the next day, the car park is manned 24 hours so perfectly safe. Only other small gripe is that there are only sheets on the bed, no duvet. Roof terrace is nice with good views.

Villa elena is perfectly positioned. So central, 3 mins to my favourite beach. 10 second walk to the centre of beautiful Lindos. The place has a large stunning courtyard for everyone to enjoy; it also has a large roof terrace with the most amazing views. The room is very easy access and anything you need you just have to ask, the owners are very helpful, lovely people. My holiday was perfect.

I loved everything

The location was right in town

The room was unfortunately smaller than I expected for two people
