About this apartment rental
Our family has loved staying on Chincoteague Island for years, and we are excited to be able to share our favorite destination with you! Our first floor unit is one of the biggest models in the complex, with 1800 square feet of living space. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are part of an open floor plan that allows for easy relaxation, visiting, and views of the Chincoteague Bay. The back patio is accessible from the living room and master bedroom and provides a quiet spot to watch the boats go by or to enjoy the sunset. The condo is along Main Street, which has many shops, restaurants, a park, and a movie theater, and is a short distance to Assateague Island where you can visit the ocean, watch the ponies, and enjoy the wildlife on the many hiking and biking trails. Our unit has new flooring and fresh paint throughout, and the condo complex has an outdoor pool and a gym. We look forward to helping you enjoy your stay on Chincoteague Island!

THe condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked kitchen.We truely enjoyed our stay. The weather wasn't the best for fishing but we made the best of it. We stayed in another condo on the same property and loved the location.THe owners were very responsive and helpful.
