We're pleased to offer you 'Utter East'! Tucked off of a quiet side street in the middle of the island, this home features everything you'd need for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. If you love outdoor space, you'll love the huge screened porch, expansive decks, and beautifully landscaped fire pit sitting area on the pond. Inside the home, downstairs you'll find the living room, an additional den/family room, eat-in kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Upstairs features two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. Don't delay; this home will book quickly! Utter East is a beautiful, inviting space. Amazingly spacious, beautifully decorated yet simple and inviting, and delightfully stocked with useful, enjoyable extras - loved the rich & varied book collection, and would have wished for more time just to curl up with multiple favorites there! Appreciated the binocs, puzzles & games, sound system, the multiple spacious indoor & outdoor seating areas, etc. Our 10-person, 2-family group greatly enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all who made it so lovely & restful.

Great house, lots of room, nicely decorated, great view from screened porch. Had everything we needed for cooking. Plenty of dishes, silverware, worked well. plenty of seating. Would definitely rent again!
