About this house rental
With four bedrooms and two baths, this unit provides the space that you need without base area prices and just a four minute drive to the lifts. Our home is great for a large family or two families traveling together. Two bedrooms are upstairs and two are downstairs, offering privacy and space. Two sets of bunkbeds in the house make for a fun time for the kids, and our daughters personally decorated the upper floor bunk room. The main floor has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room fireplace has been recently updated. The deck features patio furniture and a gas fire pit. The Ground floor includes plenty of space for gear storage, a foosball table and wall-mounted TV.
Stratton is also beautiful in the fall and great for hiking and golf, as well as the summer months for tennis, golf, holiday weekend festivals at Stratton, shopping in Manchester, and the many cultural and historical attractions in the area. There are also great summer camps (Tennis, adventure camp) available at Stratton for longer summertime stays.
We recommend this condo for families and couples.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was perfect for two families of four. Location was convenient to Stratton mountain. We would definitely choose this place again.

We were able to share the home with another family to enjoy the late season snowfalls. Great location near Stratton mountain and nearby towns. Home had everything we needed including a hill for the kids to sled on. Communication was great.
